First, please be aware that all products sold on https://www.alexfigueira.com are manufactured and shipped by a third party company, unless explicitly indicated.
With that in mind, please understand the fact we can only offer returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items.
If you’re not sure about the colors or the sizes shown in the shop please do not buy. You’re more than welcome to ask any question regarding the products showcased on the Shop section of the website. In that case please contact us at the contact details below and we’ll do our best to assist you prior to your purchase.
The manufacturer has multiple facilities around the world so any purchased items are manufactured and shipped according to the country where the buyer is based. Orders will be sent to the nearest located facility, taking the buyer’s shipping address as reference.
The manufacturer delivers to most places in the world. You shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.
Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you/Customer after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes, and deliver the Products to the carrier.
Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it.
If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of the lost Product. In this case, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to investigation and sole discretion of the manufacturer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the right delivery address. Please double check all details are correct before committing to buy.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
However, if the item you’ve purchased has manufacturing defects or is defective, you may return it for an exchange.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate the process and obtain instructions.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the manufacturer’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
